You must be at least 18 years old, or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase services involving trading education or signals.
Where legally required, acceptance must be provided through an affirmative action, such as selecting an agreement checkbox at checkout.

- Premium and advanced memberships.
- Live classes, webinars and workshops.
- Recorded courses and digital educational resources.

The specific features, duration and benefits included in a purchase are determined by the product description and contractual disclosures provided at checkout.
Not all services are included in every membership.
3. Educational Information and Regulatory Disclaimer
All content is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise and legally authorized, Punjabi Skill Hub does not provide individualized investment recommendations, discretionary portfolio management, brokerage, custody or investment execution services.
Nothing in these Terms represents that the Company is licensed or registered to conduct an activity for which registration is legally required.
The Company will only provide services to the extent permitted by applicable securities, derivatives, consumer protection and other laws.
Customers should obtain advice from appropriately qualified and licensed professionals when needed.
4. Financial and Cryptocurrency Risks
Cryptocurrency trading and investing involve substantial financial risk.
Prices may change rapidly, liquidity may disappear, and customers may lose some or all invested capital.
Futures, derivatives, margin trading and leverage may involve liquidation and additional losses.
Trading outcomes can be affected by exchange failures, order execution, slippage, funding charges, technical problems, volatility and regulatory changes.
Past performance, historical examples, simulated results and educational demonstrations do not guarantee future outcomes.
Customers remain responsible for deciding whether to trade and for managing their own financial exposure.
5. Trading Signals — No Guaranteed Frequency
The Company may publish educational trading signals, market observations, trade ideas, entry zones, exit zones, risk levels and other market analysis.
The Company does not guarantee a minimum number of signals per day, week, month or year unless a specific written product agreement expressly states otherwise.
Signal frequency may increase, decrease or temporarily stop based on market conditions, research quality, operational requirements or other reasonable considerations.
There may be extended periods during which no suitable trading opportunities are identified.
Membership fees are paid for access to the applicable educational service, not for a guaranteed number of profitable trades.
Any expressly promised service quantity or benefit remains subject to the customer's contractual and statutory rights.
6. No Obligation to Monitor Individual Trades
A published trading idea does not create an obligation for the Company to continuously monitor the trade.
Unless expressly included in the purchased service, the Company does not guarantee:
- Updates on every published signal.
- Notifications when prices reach particular levels.
- Revised entry or exit instructions.
- Individual stop-loss adjustments.
- Position management.
- Personalized trading assistance.
- Follow-up commentary after every trade.
Customers must independently monitor and manage their trading accounts.
7. No Guarantee of Signal Accuracy or Delivery Time
Signals and market analysis may become outdated immediately after publication.
The Company does not guarantee that a customer will receive, read or act on information before market conditions change.
Technical delays, internet outages, device settings and third-party notification systems may affect delivery.
Customers must not rely exclusively on website, application, email or messaging notifications for risk management.
The Company does not guarantee that any signal will achieve its stated entry, target or stop-loss price.
8. Independent Trading Decisions
Customers independently decide whether to enter, modify or close any trade.
The Company does not control customer trading accounts or execute transactions on their behalf under these services.
Customers are responsible for their trading capital, leverage, order placement, exchange selection and risk-management decisions.
No statement by an instructor, analyst or community moderator should be interpreted as a guarantee of an individual trading outcome.
9. Platform and Application Flexibility
The Company may deliver services through its official website, a Company-owned or Company-operated mobile application, online communities, video conferencing systems or other authorized digital platforms.
The Company may migrate, replace, upgrade or reorganize these systems.
This includes transferring signals, educational content, recordings, discussions, communities and membership access to a new website or application.
Customers may be required to create updated login credentials, install an application or follow reasonable technical instructions.
Where substantially equivalent contracted services remain available, a change of platform alone does not automatically create a refund entitlement, subject to applicable law.
The Company will provide notices and reasonable assistance for material migrations where appropriate.
10. Service Modifications
The Company may make reasonable operational changes to its services, including:
- Changing signal publication schedules.
- Adjusting educational research methods.
- Rescheduling live sessions.
- Reorganizing membership communities.
- Updating recorded educational content.
- Changing instructors, analysts or moderators.
- Introducing new delivery methods.
- Replacing obsolete supplementary features.
- Improving or changing website and application functionality.
Material contractual benefits cannot be withdrawn contrary to applicable law.
For subscription changes requiring statutory notice, consent or cancellation rights, the Company will follow those requirements.
11. Instructors, Analysts and Personnel
Unless a particular instructor's participation is expressly guaranteed in the purchased agreement, the Company may assign, replace or add qualified instructors, researchers, analysts and support personnel.
The Company does not guarantee that its founder or any particular individual will personally answer every question, publish every signal or host every session.
One-on-one consultations are included only when expressly stated in the purchased plan.
12. Live Sessions and Recordings
Live educational sessions may be rescheduled or postponed for reasonable operational, technical or unforeseen circumstances.
Recordings, alternative sessions or equivalent educational materials may be provided where appropriate and consistent with the purchased plan.
Live attendance, recordings, replay periods and access duration depend on the relevant product description.
Missing a scheduled class does not automatically create a refund entitlement, except where applicable law or the purchase agreement provides otherwise.
13. Membership Scope and Future Products
A membership provides only the features expressly included in its purchased plan.
Membership does not automatically include:
- Newly launched courses.
- Future premium programs.
- Higher membership tiers.
- Private consultations.
- Personalized coaching.
- Business mentorship.
- Additional paid communities.
- Separately priced workshops or events.
The Company may introduce new products and pricing tiers without granting existing members automatic access.
Previously purchased contractual entitlements remain protected.
14. Fees, Payment and Taxes
Customers must pay the applicable price displayed and agreed upon at checkout.
Prices may be stated in Canadian dollars, U.S. dollars or another clearly identified currency.
Applicable taxes, recurring charges, installment amounts and other mandatory fees will be disclosed as required.
Customers are responsible for exchange-rate differences and charges imposed by their own financial institutions.
The Company may change prices for future purchases and renewals in accordance with applicable laws and notice requirements.
15. Refund Policy
Purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by the Company.
This policy applies to digital memberships, educational content, workshops, recordings and other products, subject to mandatory legal protections.
Trading losses, unfavorable market conditions, a change of mind or failure to participate do not independently establish a refund entitlement.
Customers retain all statutory cancellation, refund and other remedies, including those arising from material non-delivery, misleading representations or deficient contractual disclosures.
The Company may voluntarily provide credits, alternative access or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
16. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals
The price, billing frequency, duration and renewal conditions of each subscription will be disclosed before purchase.
Automatic renewal will occur only where legally permitted and properly disclosed.
Customers may cancel future renewals using the method provided by the Company.
The Company will provide required notices, cancellation options and refunds where applicable.
For subscriptions governed by British Columbia law, changes to price or contractual features will comply with applicable advance-notice and cancellation requirements.
17. Existing and Long-Term Memberships
Customers who purchased annual, multi-year or other fixed-term memberships retain the benefits expressly promised under their original agreements.
The Company may change the platform or reasonable delivery arrangements without automatically changing the agreed membership duration.
Any material modification to existing contractual benefits will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law.
New Terms do not automatically eliminate rights arising from earlier purchases.
18. Account Access and Security
Customers must maintain accurate registration information and protect their login credentials.
Accounts are intended for individual use unless a different arrangement is expressly authorized.
The Company may take reasonable steps to verify account ownership and prevent unauthorized access.
Customers must promptly report suspected account compromise.
19. Prohibition on Redistribution
Customers may not, without written permission:
- Resell or rebroadcast paid trading signals.
- Share premium screenshots or recordings outside authorized groups.
- Redistribute paid courses or research.
- Provide membership access to unauthorized individuals.
- Reproduce proprietary educational materials commercially.
- Operate unauthorized bots that extract paid content.
The Company may suspend access, investigate violations and pursue available legal remedies.
These restrictions do not prevent lawful criticism, consumer reviews, legally protected disclosures or the exercise of statutory rights.
20. Intellectual Property
All original course content, educational materials, graphics, videos, software, research, branding and other proprietary works belong to the Company or its licensors.
Customers receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access purchased content during the applicable access period.
No ownership of intellectual property is transferred through a membership purchase.
21. Community Conduct
Customers must comply with reasonable community standards.
Harassment, threats, spam, impersonation, fraud, unlawful promotions and abusive conduct are prohibited.
The Company may moderate communities and take proportionate action against serious misconduct.
No customer is guaranteed unlimited personal support, immediate replies or individual trading consultations unless specifically included in the purchased service.
22. Customer Eligibility and Compliance
The Company may restrict access where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, sanctions, regulatory requirements or platform security obligations.
Customers must provide accurate information and use services lawfully.
The Company may refuse a new purchase or investigate suspicious activity for legitimate legal, security or operational reasons.
23. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers should contact Company support to seek resolution of payment concerns.
Where a chargeback or suspected unauthorized transaction occurs, the Company may investigate and temporarily restrict disputed access where lawful and proportionate.
Customers retain their legal rights to dispute unauthorized, incorrect or otherwise legally disputable charges.
Nothing in these Terms prohibits a customer from using lawful chargeback or consumer complaint procedures.
24. Conflicts of Interest and Asset Holdings
Company educators, researchers or affiliates may personally hold or trade cryptocurrencies discussed in educational content.
Where required by law, material financial interests, sponsorships, referral arrangements and other relevant conflicts will be disclosed.
Customers should not assume that Company personnel hold the same positions, use the same risk levels or execute trades at the same prices discussed in educational materials.
The Company prohibits unlawful market manipulation and misleading promotional practices.
25. Third-Party Platforms and Exchanges
The Company is not responsible for operating independent cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, banks or payment networks.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms, risks and regulatory status of third-party services they choose to use.
References to exchanges, wallets or software do not constitute a guarantee of their security, availability or suitability.
Any material commercial affiliations will be disclosed as required.
26. No Guaranteed Financial or Business Results
The Company does not guarantee investment returns, trading success, employment, business profits, sales revenue, funding, customer acquisition or any other financial outcome.
Testimonials, case studies and examples may reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guaranteed or typical results.
27. Technical Availability
The Company may perform maintenance, software upgrades and security improvements.
Temporary outages or interruptions may occur.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services and meet its contractual obligations.
Service availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted unless expressly promised.
28. Force Majeure
Neither party will be responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
Such events may include natural disasters, major internet failures, cyberattacks, government restrictions, public emergencies and other extraordinary disruptions.
The affected party must take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and communicate material service impacts.
Mandatory refund and consumer protection obligations remain applicable.
29. Business Restructuring and Assignment
The Company may reorganize its business or transfer contractual rights and obligations to a lawful successor, affiliate or acquiring entity where legally permitted.
Any transfer must respect applicable privacy requirements and existing customer rights.
Customers may not commercially transfer or resell memberships without written authorization.
30. Customer Feedback and Suggestions
Customers may submit suggestions or feedback regarding services.
The Company may use non-confidential suggestions to improve its products without an obligation to compensate the contributor, subject to applicable intellectual property and privacy rights.
Customers retain the right to post lawful and honest reviews.
31. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.
The Company may use authorized service providers for website hosting, payment processing, customer communications and other operational functions.
Personal data may be transferred between service providers when necessary for legitimate service delivery, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
32. Service Communications
Customers agree to receive necessary transactional and service-related communications, including purchase confirmations, membership notices, platform migrations, security updates and schedule changes.
Marketing communications will be subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
Customers are responsible for keeping their contact details accurate.
33. Suspension and Termination
The Company may reasonably suspend or terminate access in response to serious violations, fraud, unlawful activity, security threats or unauthorized redistribution.
Where appropriate, notice and an opportunity to remedy the violation may be provided.
Any suspension or termination remains subject to applicable contractual obligations and consumer protection laws.
34. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.
Where legally enforceable, aggregate contractual liability for a particular paid service will be limited to the amount paid for that service during the preceding 12 months.
These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
35. Customer Responsibility and Indemnification
Customers are responsible for their own unlawful conduct, unauthorized redistribution, misuse of Company systems and material violations of these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to indemnify the Company against reasonable third-party claims directly arising from their unlawful conduct or material contractual breaches.
This provision does not make customers responsible for the Company's own negligence, unlawful conduct or legally non-excludable obligations.
36. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms for legitimate operational, legal, security or technological reasons.
Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
Where a change requires customer consent, advance notice or cancellation rights, the Company will comply with those requirements.
Updated Terms generally apply prospectively and do not automatically extinguish existing contractual rights.
37. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of British Columbia and Canada, subject to mandatory laws that may apply in the customer's place of residence.
