2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to sell and deliver our services:

We do not see or store your full card number. Card payments are handled by our payment processor.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Process your purchase and give you access to the courses, community, live classes and Telegram channels you bought.
  • Remove access when your membership ends or a payment is refunded or disputed.
  • Send you service messages, such as purchase confirmations, Telegram activation links and reminders before your access ends.

4. Service providers we use

We share information with trusted service providers only as needed to run our services. They include:

  • A website and checkout platform that hosts our website and member area and processes payments.
  • Payment processors, including a previous payment provider that handled purchases made before September 2026.
  • Telegram, for our signal channels, community and membership bot.
  • WhatsApp and a customer messaging service, for messaging with customers.
  • An email provider, for our email.
  • Database and automation tools that store our membership records and connect our checkout, emails and Telegram bot.
  • A video meeting provider, for our live classes.
  • Video platforms whose videos are embedded on our website, which may set their own cookies when you play them.

Each provider may use your information only to provide its service to us. These providers may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States. When that happens your information is subject to the laws of that country.

5. Cookies

Our website and member area use cookies that are needed to sign in, keep your session secure and complete a purchase. Our website platform may also use cookies to measure how pages are used. Embedded videos may set cookies from their own providers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, such as signing in and checkout, may then stop working.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your information while your account or membership is active and afterwards for as long as needed to answer questions, handle refunds or disputes, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Records needed for tax purposes are normally kept for at least six years. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you can:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal, tax or dispute reasons.
  • Withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time.

To make a request, email support@punjabiskillhub.com from the email address you used to buy. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

8. Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to people who need it to run our services. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Age

Our services are for people who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

10. Changes to this policy
